What Clarity Software features do you find most useful and why?
The Job Board has been a game changer for our business. In the past like most we would shuffle pieces of paper around the workshop and use a board to keep our production team organised. Now with the job board we are able to keep an eye on deadlines and focus less on days and more priorities and work more efficiently to finish jobs.
Would you recommend us?
We would definitely recommend Clarity Go to other businesses. We do not use Clarity GO in the conventional way in that really it was aimed at more signage/print companies. We mainly produce Branded Workwear and the principles are the same so I would highly recommend this to be people in the same industry.
Before Clarity like most it was a case of... I cannot remember what that job was or when is that due and then scouring through emails or having to contact the customer. This was highly unprofessional. Now we are giving our customers a seamless buying process from start to finish.
