How has Clarity helped your business?
The migration to Clarity Go was a smooth and structured process, designed to minimise disruption and risk. They had an initial trial period with a sync function to allow them to keep running Clarity PRO without risking any data loss.
We assisted the Signspeed team with their data migration and supported them as they invested time in training. Signspeed used the training time to deliver a series of sessions to address questions as they arose. “The Clarity support team were fantastic and were always at the end of the phone to help us.” says Sam.
What made you buy Clarity over other products
We had been using Clarity PRO for a long time, but we really weren’t using it to anywhere near its capabilities. As a small, tightly run business, we needed a system that would save us time, and Clarity GO presented us with a great opportunity.
Moving to Clarity GO was primarily about saving time and improving efficiency. The need to work effectively by accessing the system from outside the office was the main trigger, and this was made possible by the system's cloud-based architecture.
What Clarity Software features do you find most useful and why?
The ability to access the system from anywhere is a game-changer. We essentially take the business with us wherever we go. The introduction of a live Jobs Board has also been crucial, providing complete visibility into the production process and allowing the team to operate more effectively.
The system has enforced clear, process-driven workflows, which means there is a lot less need for human intervention. As a result, non-conformances have reduced by 50%.
Automatic updates are also a major benefit. With Clarity GO, this is all done without us even knowing. It’s a nice surprise to see new and improved functionality automatically.
