To authorise your Clarity Go account integration with Quickbooks, you’ll need to follow the steps outlined below:
Sign into Clarity Go
Click on your name in the top right corner of the application
Click on 'Integrations'
On the Quickbooks Panel, click Connect. This will re-direct you to the Quickbooks login page where you must enter your Quickbooks credentials. This will then establish the connection successfully and take you back to Clarity Go.
You will be prompted to allow access to your Quickbooks organisation, if you confirm this, you will be taken back to the Integration page in Clarity Go.
Integrating your Clarity Go and Quickbooks allows you to:
Connects Quickbooks Account to Clarity Go
Send Sales Invoices & Credits
Send Purchase Invoices
Receive & view account status & credit limit per company
Retrieves/Sends Nominal Codes & Departments
Can create new accounts in Quickbooks if the account doesn’t already exist as part of the send process.
In order to disconnect from Quickbooks, you’ll need to take the following steps:
Sign into Clarity Go
Click on your name in the top right corner of the application
Click on 'Integrations'
On the Quickbooks Panel, click Disconnect.
You will need to confirm this action again
If you select Yes, then you will be disconnected from your Quickbooks account.
