Training course at Pareto Law provides good grounding for new starter

Training agency Pareto Law specialise in the area of sales recruitment and work to develop talented graduates for the workforce.

Josie Hayward recently joined Clarity Software as a Business Development Manager after completing a course with Pareto Law. The 5 day fundamental course was designed for people that are starting their first role in sales.

The course is designed to be challenging and to get people to work out of their comfort zones whilst getting exposure to new working skills.

After completing the course, Josie commented;

“They taught me all the basic selling skills and training that I need to understand in order to make me successful in my sales role with Clarity Software. The course was really enjoyable as it involved a lot of practical work and role play, which ultimately gave me more confidence in using their techniques which have proven results”.

Completing the training helped Josie to prepare for the demanding elements of being in a sales role and how to stand out against other companies which is crucial to be successful in today’s working environment.

The course was delivered over a period of 5 days in Wilmslow, near Manchester.
