Support and upgrades

The vast majority of our clients subscribe to our on-going support service. You will receive unlimited phone and email support for every license holder as well as immediate upgrades to all software enhancements. Stay at the forefront of new features and get the most out Clarity Software with a support contract, just give us a call.
Please note that there are a few issues that aren’t covered by your support contract. These include software issues that are a result of hardware problems, third-party software or operating system problems and damage to Clarity products.

Absolutely. Clarity Software is especially designed to work for the digital, print and sign industries and that includes managing and building complex bespoke jobs.

The basic package comes with eight core modules:

  • Contacts - to create and store customer contact detail.
  • Activities - to record details of every interaction with your customers.
  • Marketing - analyse your marketing campaigns.

  • Price Lists - store centralised price lists, ensuring every estimate is accurate.

  • In addition to the basic package, you can add on the following optional modules:

  • Production - allows you to schedule and run your production team.
  • Goods - a stock management system, helping you to manage your goods in and out.
  • Deliveries - manage your fitting and delivery schedule electronically from start to finish and if you bolt-on the Proof of delivery app, collect electronic signatures.

  • Good news! Clarity integrates with Sage 50. Sage 200, Quickbooks, Pastel and Xero, meaning you don’t need to re-key the data into multiple systems or store it in multiple places.

    We can import all of your customer, supplier and prices data from an Excel file (CSV), making setting up your data in Clarity a quick and easy job. No time-consuming, manual data entry needed.
