ILM course attendees from Clarity Software successfully complete level 5 Diploma
ILM Leadership and Management programme develops managers through qualifications, training and experience. ILM qualifications are internationally recognised and delivered by the City and Guilds of London Institute.
Members from the Clarity Software team enjoyed recent success after completing their level 5 Diploma in management and leadership. This was a distance learning course that was delivered through course provider ‘Further Training’ and accredited by the ILM.
Stuart Ryder, Support and Implementation Manager and David Moxon, Development Manager for Cloud Products both successfully completed all modules within the syllabus. The course covered many different aspects of management and leadership skills including; managing performance, implementing improvements, making financial cases, managing risk and how to apply critical thinking.
Stuart said;
“I found the course very interesting, especially the critical thinking module as this was all about self-reflection and enabled me to become a better manager by focusing on what I could improve. I am now looking at the next steps as I want to continue learning and improving”.
David commented;
“The course was difficult for me to complete given personal and professional commitments during this time; however, I did find it enlightening in many ways. After completing this course, I now have greater knowledge of techniques to apply to solve managerial-related problems and feel more confident about leading a team”.
